Missions - Overseas
Most semesters there are opportunities for students to join with a mission organisation on an overseas mission encounter. These are voluntary trips offered to a limited number of students.
Mission Encounter is designed to see the world through the eyes of the people that live in that country. The trips include a combination of practical service projects, as well as opportunities to facilitate children and youth programmes for remote tribal communities.
The trips are usually held during the Ministry Week. More information about Ministry Week.
The costs for these trips is determined by various factors such as flight costs, organisational fees, activities, and number of participants and is in addition to the normal Bible School tuition fees.
If you have always been interested in encountering missions but never really known what to do about it, you may be able to consider this option as part of your course.
