Our Woman to Woman Conference is scheduled for 2nd - 4th October.

This years guest speaker is Angela Mills. Angela lives in Carnforth England, and was a member of staff at Capernwray Hall for over 40 years. Angela has visited New Zealand previously, having been the International Speaker for CWCI.

The Conference will be held at Monavale Homestead.

Breakthrough '09 - "Paul's Missionary Journeys", was held on Friday & Saturday nights - 15 & 16 May. A great night was had by all as youth groups followed in the foot-steps of Paul.

Participants experienced being "blinded" with Paul by the light of God's glory, assisted Paul in his escape from the authorities, ran the gaunlet of angry crowds, set sail on a sailing ship, were ship-wrecked on the island of Malta...plus much more!

Our Men's Retreat is scheduled for 14th - 16th August.

The speaker is Dave Sharman, National Director of Capernwray Torchbearers Australia, who will share with us   'The Life We Choose'.

The retreat will be held at the Adventure Lodge, Lake Karapiro.

21 students and 2 staff members ventured out on Saturday 2 May to climb Mount Ngauruhoe (Mount Doom in the Lord of the Ring series). The hardy souls faced overcast and cold conditions, but the predicted rain and snow flurries didn't eventuate!
