Breakthrough

Sharing the gospel in a way that spring-boards off contemporary culture.

Many youth groups from around the local area come and participate in the Breakthrough event which is held over two consecutive nights.

Students are formed into teams and work together to create a theme that shares the gospel in a way that spring-boards off our contemporary culture. 

The campus has previously turned itself into Pharaoh’s Court, a pirate fortress, Narnia’s Forest and Middle Earth plus many more.

Students are challenged to articulate their faith and share the hope that is within them to a young target audience.

This year, Capernwray welcomes its specially invited guests to the Time Expo, a prestigious event that will be premiering an invention so impressive, you won’t believe your eyes. Be amongst the first in the world to witness its unveiling, and be prepared for anything! The Expo will have some outdoor elements, so extra layers are encouraged. The Capernwray Science Committee cannot wait to see you there!

Space is limited to ~ 150 youth per night, and so registration is essential. It’s first-in, first-served with a 30 youth per group for each night cap, so that many different groups have the opportunity to be involved.
