Introduction
The Touring Bible School 10-week course combines the best of what Capernwray students over the years have indicated as their favourite parts of Bible School in New Zealand - teaching weeks, ministry weeks and tourism weeks.
The Programme
Over the course of 10 weeks, students get to see the very best parts of the North Island of New Zealand as they alternate between Bible teaching weeks, tourism/sightseeing and ministry with local churches.
Students are accommodated in chalets, family homes and tourism units - so no camping! The daily schedule is similar to our MBS program, with testimonies, book groups, question time, assignments, prayer time and discipleship, as well as some free time over the weekends.
Places you are likely to visit include: Mt Ruapehu and Mt Taranaki, the Forgotten World Highway, Ohakune, Hawkes Bay, Rotorua, the Coromandel, Whangarei, Paihia and Russell, Ninety Mile Beach and Cape Reinga, Hokianga Harbour, Auckland and the beautiful Waikato.
This adventure only runs once a year from July to September and can be combined with either the ABS or MBS programs. Places are very limited so register early to avoid disappointment!
Other Capernwray New Zealand Courses
Alongside our familiar Monavale Bible School course, we also offer an Adventure Bible School and Touring Bible School course. The MBS course can also be combined with either of these programmes in various combinations to suit your schedule.
